All-Ways Care 2, Incorporated is
seeking to assist individuals maximize their personal growth and
independence through micro-enterprising. A micro-enterprise (or
microenterprise) is a type of small business, often
unregistered, having five or fewer employees. The term is often
used to refer to a business with a single owner-operator, and no
employees.
The concept is to allow individuals who
are not economically viable to have an opportunity to contribute
to the community, while also creating an income. These
individuals will create a business plan, establish a location to
do business, formulate a plan of action, and execute the plan.
All-Ways Care 2, Incorporated will help individuals with
barriers from employment to generate an income through the
creation of micro-enterprises.
Micro-enterprises contribute
significantly to economic growth, social stability and equity.
The sector is one of the most important vehicles through which
low-income people can create an income. With limited skills and
education to compete for formal sector jobs, these men and women
find economic opportunities in micro-enterprise as business
owners and employees.
